What we collect
- Account info: name, email, company, password hash.
- Candidate data you upload: resumes, names, contact info, screening results.
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, screening counts (for plan limits).
- Billing data: handled by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.
How we use it
We use your data to operate ResumeHire, run AI screenings on your behalf, bill your subscription, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your data or your candidates' data to third parties.
AI processing
Resumes and job descriptions you submit are sent to large-language-model providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI) via the Lovable AI Gateway for analysis. Providers process requests transiently and do not use your data to train their models under our agreements.
Sub-processors
We use these processors: Lovable Cloud (hosting, database), Stripe (payments), Google and OpenAI (AI inference via Lovable AI Gateway).
Data retention
We retain account and candidate data for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, we delete data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your data. Email privacy@resumehire.liveand we'll respond within 30 days. EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies (authentication session). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access is restricted by row-level security so you only ever see your own workspace's data.
